  • Collect and arrange receipts and supporting documentation for the Deputy Superintendent's monthly credit card reconciliation.
  • Organize, invite, and set up Mobile Teaching Kitchen events at local Butte County Schools. Coordinate various meeting logistics, including making room and food arrangements, contacting and managing contracts with presenters, designing flyers, and tracking financial procedures to ensure timely payments to presenters and facilities.
  • Manage appointments and maintain calendars for the CalKidz Food and Nutrition Coordinator. Draft various materials, such as interoffice communications, organization charts, purchase requisitions, work orders, forms, letters, memorandums, bulletins, charts, flyers, and brochures, following general directions or oral instructions; review and proofread numerous documents.

Support the IT Manager with creating, approving, and tracking Purchase Requisitions. Set up weekly meetings, including staff and one-on-one meetings, and take minutes during the weekly staff meeting.
  • Collect and organize receipts and support documentation for the Director and IT Manager's monthly credit card reconciliation.
  • Created new inventory system for all loaner equipment (check-in/checkout of loaner pool) and set up an inventory system for all IT equipment and all equipment deployed to Public Health employees.
  • Create, code, and deliver badges for new employees (and employees who transfer positions) using information from the Active Employee directory. These badges include coding for our new 'key card' access system.

  • Communications Counselor for the Public Health Department, assisting employees with new cell phones, landline requests, phone issues, voicemail resets, etc. I have been an integral part of switching over to the County VOIP/Skype system in Public Health and am the point of contact for all VOIP/Skype-related questions.
  • In addition to the IT Team's administrative support duties, I have taken on additional responsibility in the Public Health Department. I cover front desk reception duties by greeting and welcoming guests, answering questions, directing general Public Health phone calls to correct member of management, when regular receptionist is on vacation, sick, etc.
