Timely processing and resolution of assigned billing issues
Complete review and processing of payment request from pharmacies by phone and complete data entry on spreadsheets
Research billing issues through SOSP resources and with pharmacy reps to ensure accurate billing and tertiary payments
Provide excellent customer service and immediate resolution to inquiries at the point of member/customer contact
Receive and complete tasks assigned by member services team for reviewing member/pharmacy originated billing issues (outstanding balance on member account, shipment being held due to balance, tertiary not paying, etc.)
Authorize or deny payment requests from member services team for tertiary credit card payments
Work closely with pharmacies to resolve billing issues
Submit pass-through activation and deactivation requests
Resolve member auto-pay issues
Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA
Maintain accuracy, productivity and quality standards as established by management
Perform all other duties as assigned
