- Provides counsel to the COO in the formulation of overall council policies and plans regarding girl safety, program safety, and volunteer management.
- Provides coaching, training, and developmental opportunities for the Regional Directors and overall Membership team.
- Contributes to council effectiveness by providing critical staff support to task forces established by the Board of Directors, and by participating as necessary on special task forces and committees.
- Responsible for the development and management of the department’s annual operating budget, and maintains spending levels to planned levels.
