De’Montrious Ratliff

Hello my name Is De’Montrious Ratliff I am a business Administration major. my career goals are to work for a business and rise up the corporate ladder and give my all to the company to benefit it. Experienced retail team member adept at picking the best quality items to meet shopper needs. Knowledgeable about substitution policies and payment procedures. Good organizational and time management abilities.

At my time working at sonic I became the head of the kitchen for majority of my shift. I was in charge of job placements in the kitchen , breaks, and trained majority of the kitchen workers.

• In middle school I was a member from the sixth grade till the eighth, I was the president of F.B.L.A my eighth grade year.
• In high school I was a member of FBLA my freshman and sophomore year, my junior and senior year I was taking dual enrollment classes which is I take 2 high school classes and 2 college classes a semester.
• I was a student athlete all four years of High School who graduated with a 3.5 High School G.P.A and college G.P.A.

Working at walmart I became a worker who helped in my department and knew how to help other departments. Being there for a while I knew how to take orders out in a fast timely fashion , help costumers with problems and work in the deli , produce , and stocking.

I have volunteered with different communities and areas in Fayetteville and Laurinburg with feeding the community or clothes giveaways for the homeless.

I also was an member and former president of F.B.L.A in middle school and high schools.
