• Manage and reconcile over $5M+ MRR across partner and enterprise accounts
• Lead large, detailed reconciliations across Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, and Excel
• Identify, investigate, and resolve complex billing, payment, and revenue discrepancies
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Finance to resolve contract-to-cash issues
• Support month-end close activities and revenue accuracy for high-dollar accounts
• Improve data integrity and process reliability across CRM, billing, and ERP systems
