Check identification upon entry at the Manhattan condominiums. Patrol property. Check for any unusual activity around the buildings and underground garages. Do scan tours thru out the property. Make reports. Monitor cameras as vehicles approach the gate.

Check all tenants and customers upon entry at the State harbor. Do frequent patrols. Check for any unusual activity. Make sure all sailing vessels are secured. Report any damage on pier. Report to Supervisor if any incidents occur. Make sure equipment and patrol vehicle is in good condition.

Check all and employees upon entry of State Harbor. Check all forms of identification, making sure its valid. Do frequent vehicle patrols on state property. Make sure all sailing vessels are secured. Check for any unusual activity. Report to Supervisor with any information regarding any type of incident. Do incident reports. Maintain all equipment in good condition.

Also Check customers and truck drivers upon entry at Matson Shipping company.

As supervisor, I supervise my guards while on duty. Monitor their work performance and give evaluation. Delegate work orders to guards onduty. Overlook guards task and paperwork.

As Sargeant, I do a brief meeting with the guards before starting their shift. Look over paperwork and incident reports. Make sure guards are monitoring all areas interior and exterior of plaza. Assist all guards if needed. Prepare guards for any upcoming events. Contact Law enforcement for any incidents on property.

Patrol interior and exterior of plaza. Monitor any activity and approach if necessary. Provide customer service to customers and tenants of the plaza. Do incident reports if any incident occurs in or outside property. Do vehicle patrols check all parking areas, also check exterior of the building for any discrepancy.
