- Assisted in training new hires and helped close sales that otherwise would have been left unwritten via the turnover system.

- Managed customer accounts and orders as well kept close track of inventory status on all products to insure the clean delivery of merchandise

- Specialized in mattress/bedroom sales as well as general product protection plans.

- Managed the Cellular Sales sub dept inside of the Electronics section of Target.

- Managed inventory, shipping of returns and the reception of new orders.

- Walked the electronics section to probe for new customers that might need new lines or wanted to learn about promotions for transferring to new cell providers( Verizon, ATT, and Consumer Cellular primarily), though my side was not affiliated with the ATT kiosk representatives in the stores.
