In my 8 years at the carwash I have more enjoyed the maintenance/mechanical side of the job more than the Site Leader responsibilities portion and am looking to expand my knowledge of the mechanical and electrical operations of each site.
I've been with the company for 8 years, went from LIT to Site Leader of multiple locations, including the opening of a new site. Currently an ASL of dual run sites until recent restructuring. Job duties beyond day to day car wash operations include preventative maintenance responsibilities at the site leader level. Diagnosing mechanical issues to better inform maintenance staff of issues before arrival. Keeping equipment running between maintenance visits. Interviewing, hiring, and training new team members. Keeping staff up to date with ever changing company policies and standards. Assisted with install of equipment prior to new location opening.
