Dynamic sales leader with a track record of exceeding targets and fostering team development. Expertise in training new representatives and refining sales strategies, contributing to significant revenue growth and a collaborative work environment.
Here at Romex, I've been a leader on the sales team since joining. I've been able to lead team and individual trainings for other reps, and being given a large role in finding things we can all work on and getting that done. I've been given the role of training newly hire reps.
In my first full year, I was able to break a few selling records while maintaining high KPI's like 91% closing ratio, 94% Signed Contracts, and almost $900 in average contract value. for perspective, the team expectations were 75% closing ratio, 92% Signed Agreement, and $650 in average contract value.
The biggest achievement would be my sold revenue. Our top month before I got here was $90k, which I was able to break three times with the highest being $148k. And on the year, I was able to sell $843k, with the second rep on the team being $445k.
I worked as a door to door salesman for a summer with Moxie Pest Control.
I was able to sell a bit over 200 accounts through the few months being out on the doors, being a top 25 rookie in the company and top rookie in my office.
It was a last minute decision the week before we went out, but knew it was going to challenge me and sharpen my sales skills. With that being said, I was able to help lead trainings for our team.
I was able to help three family's during times of high interest rates find and buy their first home.
I made a lot of progress and gained a lot of knowledge by working under a top 50 realtor in the state of Utah by doing showings, paperwork, and open houses for him. It gave me a lot of insight on negotiating skills, sales skills, and most of all, social skills.
This was a Business to business sales opportunity, selling a software for businesses to use on their website.
I was able to make over 100+ outbound calls a day to find potential leads and schedule demos for our BDR's to close.
I helped develop and refine different pitches for our team, creating ways to overcome cold call objections.
This was a cross sales department, being transferred calls from partners like XFinity, Directv, etc for new home owners that they've set services up for. We'd then pitch the idea of home security for their new home.
I was able to work my way up to the top end of the department in a short span by doing outbound calls on leads that weren't closed. From there, it taught me a lot about cold calling, and overcoming former objections that they previously had.
I worked for a few months, but was able to sharpen my sales skills by giving leads an idea of something they weren't initially wanting. It helped me grow in the company before leaving for new opportunities.
I originally started as a retention rep, but was able to help the company create a sales department.
I led trainings on overcoming original cancel requests, and upselling different products to go along with what they had.
I was apart of the hiring team as well, interviewing and hiring new employees to help our company grow.
It was a smaller company, so growth was a bit easier than most. But in a short time, I was entrusted with a lot of responsibilities to help move our company in the right direction.
I taught retention skills, sales skills, and from the church mission that I served, the ability to be personable with customers.
