As a substitute teacher my job if follow classroom plans but also to lead and impeach the best of my ability to reinforce core concepts. These kids are our future for times to come and I plan on leading them to the great of the good coming with that is patience from kindergarten to high school you come to realize "kids will be kids" so you need to be open and understand your actions have a reaction so trying to help each and every child can mean a whole to a child. With a short handed on teachers I am needed everyday to upheld classroom routines to support student environments and maintain consistent schedules. Once, school is over I help with bus transitioning to have right kids in correct bus number and to be sure attendance head count is done before bus departs.

Manager

Tacobell

As a manager I had to stay on top of enhanced customer satisfaction by resolving disputes promptly, maintaining open lines of communication, and ensuring high quality service delivery. But behind the scenes were dealing with my labor percentage on sending employees on break or asking volunteers on who would want to leave early. Also, running back on forth to have eyes and ears around everything that's going on from my fellow employees to each customer coming inside and on drive through making sure everybody is well prepared from food, inventory, fried items, and registers are nice and full with bills and change to avoid a bottleneck(slowing traffic flow). Dealing with food also comes with lifespan which means valid times we label from when each item was placed when ready to no longer valid that keeps our food fresh and makes customers come back for more all good comes to an end when your shift ends and need to switch with upcoming shift manager which means closing out registers counting and removing money to put in the LEMUS a money safe that stores money unavailable for anybody to open only the men that come in heavy armour truck are able to and after give a brief summery on what happen throughout day and what need are needed so you and upcoming shift lead are fully aware of past and present events and I am proud to say out of all taco bell restaurants in the south west division we are in top 5 in our Uvalde store which is graded by customer feedback, Osats, labor, sales, and eye cost. I know to others its fast food but to be recognize against 100s of taco bells in south of texas it means alot to be top 5 coming from small town Uvalde.

Patients Financial Services was logging in on my desktop in the office with a table graph on patients I was given that day with basic information that included the numbers of where im calling to ask about their payment plans or arrangements on the billing, insurance coverages, medical examinations of the past and their remainder cost. While, speaking to these patients I was willing to answer any questions that were needed to resolve their billing situation which included how much insurance was covered in procedure, or updating insurances, payment plans, and even disputes that patients were confused about. The goal is to help not to attack just because what shows on screen but help the situation remember the web is a chain of command if there is a mess up between before reaching the system you can't always believe the system but to help the consumer to provide evidence of situation to keep both minds at ease. Once ended be sure to submit all information that was collected that day before leaving facility.

While attending collage, during the covid outbreak. The departments such as doctor offices, pharmacies, and hospital had found its way through South West Texas Junior Collage to help patients from outside of Uvalde and within residents to schedule appointments, update personal information, and inform them on availability of which COVID 19 shots we had within the city limits. This was a temporary job for the departments that needed help I saw the opportunity and was willing to learn to get that experience.
