• Responsible for oversight of operators through on-street/field observation.
• Evaluate, monitor & coach operators on policy & procedures.
• Monitor daily route performance; resolve on-street service & operational issues.
• Monitors and tracks bus operators driving skills, adherence to policy & procedure.
• Monitors, tracks & schedules bus maintenance in coordination with Vehicle Maintenance Department.
• Responds to & investigates collisions and incidents.
• Utilize problem solving skills to resolve conflicts between employees or customers in a timely manner.
• Advises personnel on best practices related to policy and procedures concerning the safe operation of the Transit vehicle.
• Implements, and tracks ridership through weekly surveys.
• Maintains record of daily operations such as bus usage & operator hours of service.
• Assist correcting route disruptions or delays.
• Assists COLT Operations Supervisor in hiring bus operators.
• Shared training responsibilities for new hires and on going training for existing operators.
• Relieve bus operators, or dispatcher as schedule requires.
• Provides customer service by conveying policies, procedures, route information.

Employed as a Field Coordinator for City of Loveland Transit from 9/2018-4/2-21. Bus operator from 10/2015-9/2-18.

Employed with Thompson School District from 1/1994-2/2016. Duties including bus driver, dispatch, Lead Op.
