Dominic Santos

I’ve been serving for 3 going on 4 years now.Throughout my serving years I have done nothing but move up and gain more knowledge that have became really helpful towards me. I decided not to go to college so all I do is work which makes me very reliable on the scheduling side and I always try to be early or on time for all my shifts. At pluckers I was able to move up and become a Server Trainer which I absolutely enjoyed, I love passing my knowledge onto new hires by helping them grow and feel comfortable with coming to me if they have any questions. I did get offered a manager position along that time but decide to decline due to me wanting to work around corporate first to gain more knowledge around the restaurant/company before deciding to move up onto a bigger position. Overall I am very eager to learn new things, adapt to new environments, and continue to move up in a company, I hope to help everyone including myself grow and surround everyone with positive energy.
