Although im not a consumer, I still was happy to learn and grow as a person in this fast rising industry.   • In September of 2024 I decided that I wanted to work full time, but there wasn’t any openings at the acme at the time. I left and have been an assistant general manager at the ModWash car wash in Pleasantville since October of 2024.My duty here was making sales for the business and selling memberships including keeping up with the numbers and posting updates on how well the store is doing and keeping the conversion rate at a high percentage. It is a bigger responsibility but it is enjoyable. Getting the conversation rate at a high percentage and cleaning the back room and tunnel are duties that have been taken care of. Once after I cleaned the back room, I took a photo and sent it over the the GM group chat. The DM then sent that photo out as an example of how the back room should look like. For being the newest AGM in the district, this was a proud moment for me.
