I have 35 yrs manufacturing experience including, printing, cnc machining, printed circuit boards, Supervisor ,and training duties.

• I run and manage the extrusion Training program at Pacur. I train every new potential extrusion operator and evaluate their potential for success,then make recommendations for their placement. Currently working on writing more in debt work instructions, working with HR to tidy up our goals matrix, teaming up with quality to address re-training as part of our corrective action program. I am diligently working to build out our training program to include on shift trainers, I have made recommendations for trainers, and I am writing a train the trainers training program for these new trainers.
• Maintained trainee progress records and communicated updates to management team.
• Provided feedback on employee performance based on observed results during training sessions.
• Designed and developed training materials for new employees in the organization.
• Resolved any issues raised by participants during the training session in a timely manner.
• Participated in and attended meetings or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs.
• Created and offered additional materials to enhance training.
