Work with providers to try and bring the cost of worker's compensation claims down. Keeping an eye on coding to watch for errors, non-payable codes, and making sure multiple procedure reductions are applied.

Manicures, acrylics, nail extensions, pedicures.

• Responsible for auditing and proofing coding, charge posting, payment posting, contacting insurance companies with queries.
• Responsible for patient billing, filing claims and appeals, working with collection agencies, as well as occasionally working with attorneys in legal cases and appearing in court as a representative for the practice.

• Responsible for transcription of chart notes of patients with various health issues.
