I was hired a few months after graduation from The University of Texas in Austin. I graduated on December 23, 1978, earning the degree of Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film. I worked my way up to Studio Supervisor and then Morning Show and Noon Show Director, Weekend Newscast Director, and directed Sports Shows in our Studio.

I married and gave birth to my son and moved to Beaumont, Tx.
