Planning and Preparing Lessons:
Responsible for delivering curriculum and break down lessons.
Provide students with specific activities that align with curriculum standards and student learning needs.
Impart the knowledge by carrying out different activities and completing projects geared to develop the skills needed to succeed in the grade level.
Student assessment
Evaluate student performance periodically and assess what they have learned through specific methods.
Identify areas where students need improvement through constant evaluation and assessment results.
Offer constructive feedback to parents to provide tools and guidance to support the students improvements.
Maintain records of student progress and performance.
Classroom Management:
Create and maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging classroom environment by establishing rules and routines, that helps students grow and learn effectively.
Put in practice effective classroom management strategies to maximize learning time and minimize disruptions.
Incorporate students in the learning process through activities, and projects.
Collaboration with parents
Work with parents to support their child's learning and development.
