- Most importantly, answer any questions they have and wish them a fun and relaxing stay.
- Performed cashier duties, such as taking payments, balancing accounts, handling refunds, and resolving any complaints or concerns that came up.
- Took incoming calls, and answered any questions that guests or people may have about the hotel.
