Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt

Utilizing the skill acquired in my L6S Greenbelt training I successfully completed 2 cost savings initiative projects at United Space Alliance by applying process controls and eliminating process waste.  The reduction of Mandatory Inspections Points (MIPS) by our internal quality assurance program through the use of detailed hardware standard repair/processing procedures.

Later in my career these same skills were implemented at Rotork Controls that allowed me to eliminate a 2 year backlog in production within my first year of employment. From that point forward the production department meet all monthly deliverables without fail provided that all hardware was available.
