• Manage inventory: Order, audit, and delegate medical supply use alongside equipment maintenance.
• Control budgets: Optimize staffing hours to reduce unnecessary agency or overtime costs.
• Liaise with management: Present updates to board leaders, external partners, or cross-functional medical directors
