As a restaurant supervisor, I was a leader to all the servers during the AM hours. I had a lot fo interactions with the members that would come in, i would talk to them and initiate conversations all while checking them in and getting them seated. I would make sure all the food orders would get to their table in time. I would make sure that all the members were satisfied with not only the food, but the overall experience. Increased repeat business through excellent customer service, maintaining strong relationships with patrons. As a Restaurant supervisor during the AM hours I would make sure everything was ready, organized, clean and restocked for the upcoming shifts. I would be prepared fill in any missing spots wether it being server, food runner, bartender and supporting any banquet events.
