    jail inmates through the Justice-Involved Utilization of State transitioned Healthcare (JUST
    Health) program;
  • Responsible for compiling reports and working with state prison and county jail employees
    for the JUST Health program applications that include HSD/MAD partners such as the NM
    Department of Corrections (NMCD), the NM Children, Youth and Families Department (CYFD),
    the NM Department of Health (DOH), the NM Primary Care Association (NMPCA) and other
    entities as needed.
