- Received a letter to cease and desist and challenged Holland City for 6 years to help develop a program to allow short term rentals.
- Currently, Holland has 25 legal permits to operate an Airbnb within the city limits. Mine was the first one to be processed.
- I not only own and manage the property, but personally maintain and update the house on an ongoing basis.
- The pipes have burst in the home twice, and under tight timelines organized a support team of builders, plumbers and electricians to have it up and running before the next scheduled renters.
