  • At this position I am the point person for all things Visitor Moorage which is a highly dynamic process involving cross referencing multiple points of data to ensure as accurate of billing and revenue verification as possible. As an employee of the harbor I am also responsible, as part of the team, for monitoring the state of the docks and facilities for any wear and tear and determining when something needs attention beyond routine cleaning. This is also a front facing customer service position wherein I interact with both marina customers and real estate tenants about everything from simple questions to billing, and when necessary rules enforcement.
