Diligent Disputes Intake Representative currently seeking a Sr. Disputes Escalations Analyst position. Ready to utilize skills acquired within the customer service field and Disputes Resolution department: able to multitask, manage time and resources effectively, resolve problems within a timely manner, and communicate clearly. Strong knowledge of computer systems and records related to disputes, follows and adheres to Service Level Agreements and regulations when filing dispute claims (Regulation E and Z), as well as sees to identify and notify leadership of any trends or issues within the department.
