• Schedule meetings, distribute meeting materials and take meeting minutes. Manage travel arrangements and expense reports for department Chair and Faculty. Event planning and coordinating. Manage monthly operating budget, reconcile Chair and Faculty credit card expenses. Coordinate course schedules for the department each semester. Support both the undergraduate and graduate programs.

Assisted the director with all teacher education services including applications and self-studies. Assisted teacher education programs become fully affiliated with AMS while acting as a liaison between program directors and instructors.

Hired all staffing, led staff development and oversaw all the extended care program at the XU Montessori Lab School. Managed the program budget. Monitored and evaluated staff performance.

Lead designer and sole business owner. Developed a line of children's clothing sold exclusively online and at art fairs throughout the Midwest region.
