I am currently working towards my Bachelors degree, as I graduated with my Associates Degree last Spring of 2022, through Lake-Sumter State College. For 2 years I worked a full time job Nannying for a family and racked up an extra 25+ hours each week picking up Nannying or babysitting for other families. I then started serving and bartending nearly a year ago while still keeping my Nannying job and maintaining my 80 hour a week schedule. I am looking for a a new full time job so that I am able to reduce to only having one job as well as my hours and start capping my work week at 50 hours or less.
I worked for Brityne Sprauve two and a half wonderful years, her and her children are like my own family. She has 4 children, ages 15, 12, 5, and 3, I cared for them 30-45 hours a week. I picked the children up from school every day, took them home safely, made them a snack, played with them, made a nutritious dinner while ensuring that they were still playing safely, cleaned up after dinner, bathed them, helped brush teeth and put them to bed every night. I regularly implemented healthy habits, taught them to sing songs, and helped them learn to clean up after themselves but still helping them when and if they needed anything! I have stayed with them over night, and sometimes 3 day weekends as well. These children are like my own and they are the ones that really taught me how to be a great nanny!
I worked with the Mendez family for a short but wonderful period of time. There were 3 children, and I cared for them them multiple days a week playing outside, coloring, playing dress up, making food, etc. Due to this originally only being a short term position, near the end of July they no longer required my services since there dad was back from out of town.
