At my most recent and current job in my hometown I first worked there as a hostess and food expedite. Doing these jobs first it helped me memorize the menu and be able to explain to guest exactly what they would be ordering. I became a server at this establishment this past summer while also hosting and expoing depending on where I was needed during the shift. The restaurant I work at is very family friendly and homey so it gave me the opportunity to really engage in conversations with the guests and help them have a excellent dining experience.
