Every quarter our district of 11 stores will nominate a peer that has been going above and beyond for our district to be selected as a "store manager of the quarter". After being nominated by your district it goes to our regional manager who over sees 20 districts (a little over 200 stores) and our regional manager selects one manager from all those stores to win our "store manager of the quarter" award which I have won 2 times from supporting my district and exceeding starbucks goals and expectations at a regional level.
