When I understand something, I do it well and make the technique better; I've gained the ability to help those around me.

Im a very patient person, if someone doesnt understand something the first time, the second time, i will re-explain it each time in a different way that i believe the person might have an easier time grasping.

i work very well in a team and i usually pride myself in being a Team Harmony Facilitator, typically if theres tension ive been complimented for making a workplace more breathable.
