Blazer Showdown was a huge involvement that I was able to do for the past two years. Last year, I competed in it as a dancer and this year I was able to lead and create it for my team. In this, I learned and choreographed dances for my team, created a script and edited the music and recordings together. This taught me time management, how to lead a team and how to make sure people can feel seen/heard. Being in something that takes a lot of time and energy can help you to develop new skills. 

Public Relations Chair of Sigma Kappa taught me how to make my visions come to life. Although this position can be time-consuming, it is a creative position that helps you showcase and develop your aesthetic to the community. 

Social Chair of Sigma Kappa, this was incredibly beneficial in learning how to make connections with other organizations and work well with others. This position helps you to develop a plan and see your hard work come to life in the form of a social event people will enjoy.
