Despite the name of the position, it reflects more of a Team member role, and thus my responsibilities reflect that. I am responsible for moving between multiple business points. I help cash customer via drive-thru, and my the main register, as well as helping make specialty coffee and drinks for customers. I have been trained to sell tobacco and alcohol, clean restrooms, organize the tobacco products, organize the bakery and "RTE" products, and handle the entirety of the stores trash during my shift as well. As the main person up front i also keep an eye on the store by doing quick walks every 30 minutes to an hour to check on the lesser seen areas of the store. I was trained to clean "Franke" coffee machines every night and it is a regular responsibility of my job. I greet customers with only my best, at sheetz we have a total customer focus.
My responsibilities as a shift lead were to make sure the flow of the business during high business hours was quick and concise. I was trained to create pizzas at every step of the Papa John's Process. I was in the process of management training but the upper management wasn't very good and we didn't have a great relationship. I understand how to dock and toss pizza dough, and i was able to help expedite deliver drivers. I was being trained to handle the stores money and inventory numbers, and also organize the food that came from the trucks.
