Since graduating high school earlier than my peers I have gone into two different routes. One of them was the medical and dental route which I don't choose to continue further while the other is property management and asset management. Having learned from the dental route to work with patients and tend to their needs while finishing and helping the doctor finalize paperwork to be sent to their insurers has benefited in communicating what is needed from my workers. Communicating with a dental patient can be tough and even more difficult is their insurers, but with persistence, time, and an eager outcome the work is finished. My employer has continued to purchase more and more rental properties due to my skill set in selling tenants on apartments and continuing to raise rent. Making connections and networking with handymen, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and landscapers have allowed me to keep the properties in great condition. One of the properties is 100 years old yet profitable.
