Monitored videos for compliance with school bus state regulations. Assisted in forwarding relevant footage for departmental review when necessary. Observed videos for instances of speeding vehicles and captured license plate information.

• Process auto insurance endorsements for a non standard insurance company. ALIR reports. Reception back up as needed.

• Knowledge of investigation management including but not limited to taking and using statements, determining coverage and application to coverage to claims, negotiation and resolution of auto claims.
• Verify coverage, investigate, evaluate and settle claims, applying technical knowledge and human relations skills to effect fair and prompt disposal of cases and to contribute to a reduced loss ratio.
• Pay and process claims within designated authority level.
• Enter claim payments, reserves and new claims on computer system, inputting concise yet sufficient file documentation.
• Present cases and participate in their discussion at claim meetings.
