Provide supervision of the SNAP (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program) unit, ensuring all staff are motivated and empowered, and are administering programs and services efficiently, accurately and effectively with a high level of customer service for a unit of case managers in a Hybrid work model, which includes ensuring all case managers of the unit provide high quality work in all assigned queues. Ensuring all case managers in the unit complete eligibility determination case activities accurately, applying appropriate state and federal policies effectively to compete eligibility determinations for each client accurately.

• Responsible to assist with the lobby by performing Waiting Area Management and Duty Supervisor responsibilities. Also responsible to work as a team with office supervisors and management to meet the needs of the office and clients we serve on a daily basis.
• Appeal Liaison- Duties include to thoroughly reviewing all case information in BEACON to prepare for the fair hearings. Represent the Department in fair hearings and have the ability to fully explain the disputed Department action on the hearing record and introduce and explain in detail any relevant exhibits. Also required to implement fair hearing decision timely and accurately, as well as work with collaboratively with Division of Hearings prior to and during the fair hearing process.
• Responsible to set clear expectations and develop techniques to guarantee the unit performs timely and accurate delivery of benefits and services and ensures a high level of customer service is always maintained. in a Hybrid work model.

• Assist clients with determination of initial and ongoing eligibility for transitional assistance programs and employment services.
• Perform all SNAP casework in an action-based “first available worker” process, through assigned queues.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are accurate and completed to the farthest point of completion.
• Conduct interactive interviews; utilize the agency's PC based eligibility system to obtain and verify client information.
• Perform all tasks related to case maintenance and case management, including assisting with additional assistance for benefits referrals to other state agencies, health care providers and other resources to support individuals and families as necessary.

Served on interdisciplinary treatment team to provide clinical services for patients on inpatient forensic psychiatric unit. Developed weekly treatment plans, acted as liaison between hospital and court clinics, participated in competency to stand trial and criminal responsibility evaluations, Roger's hearings, and guardianship hearings.

Clinical Coordinator of a male substance abuse recovery home. Provided individual and group therapy services, supervised team of substance abuse counselors, MSW interns, and administrators to assist in day to day operations of a 12 step residential recovery program.
