I have been in the landscaping field sense I was 10. My dad was the CEO for a landscape company and I started off riding with him learning how to measure for sod and aggregate and how to layout landscapes. Then I got a job of my own raking and shoveling for one of the grade guys and he taught me how to run the machine and I started doing grade work myself. I worked my way up in each company I worked for and gained new knowledge and experience from different people. I have done most everything in landscaping physical labor wise. I am now a salesman our grading manager and truck dispatcher. I work with all homeowners for sales but deal with superintendents for new home builds grade work. I have a fair amount of experience but I am more the willing to grow and learn more and build off of what I already know.
I had a bunch a different responsibilities.
Was in charge of overseeing jobs and insuring proper completion.
Also did estimates and spoke with customers and superintendents.
As well did all of their grade and excavator work.
