I work independently answering incoming calls from taxpayers and/or their representatives to resolve issues regarding their balances and/or return delinquencies. IMF and BMF accounts.
I am currently involved with the ACS Text Chat Program that was expanded to Austin, Texas as of August 2019.
I work various IMF and BMF accounts issues ranging from establishing installment agreements (i.e. streamline, direct debt , non-streamline, partial pay , and cross reference), obtaining a collection information statement, inputting math error adjustments, and determining filing requirements for unfiled returns.
I prepare various forms: Form 4442 - Inquiry Referral, Form 12233 - Independent Review ; Form 668D - Release of Levy / Release of Property from Levy; and Form 12636 - Request for filing or Refiling Notice of Federal Tax Lien.
I work on the following computer systems on regular basis: IDRS - Integrated Data Retrieval System; ACS - Automated Collection System; AMS - Account Management Services; IAT Integrated Automation Technologies; RTR - Remittance Transaction Research; and TDS - Transcript Delivery System, DUT - Document UPload Tool, EGain
I served as an On-the-Job Instructor (OJI) for new hires in ACS on several occasions. I double-plug with them and provided feedback verbally and in writing on their progress.
I was selected to participate on special assignments that lasted over a year working Identity Theft (IDT), and Compliance Post Adjustment Team, (CPAT) cases.
