As a cashier aside from checking customers out successfully, I also deliver many other services. For example, approaching and comforting angry customers. This helps me understand the issue with the specific individual and successfully evaluate the problem. This also comes with patience, I have learned with this role to have patience with individuals who may approach you with a conflict.

As a online personal shopper it is my role to meet the needs of customers and their orders. This role has helped me specifically with my approach towards customers and people in general.
