• During my time at Coldwell Banker, out of a total of six teams and over 70 applicants at the entire brokerage, I was recruited to be a part of the most elite consultancy team in the entire brokerage.
• Within my first month at the brokerage, I closed two deals, generating a total volume of $1,050,000. The typical agent takes anywhere from 2 to 8 months to close & generate such a high volume of deals.
• Conducted market research and monitored competitors to identify potential investment opportunities and listings. As well as analyzing demographic data to assess the viability of proposed real estate investments.
• Created reports/models using advanced data analysis models such as SWOT comparative market analysis (strengths, weakness, opportunity, threats) , opportunity cost analysis, MLS data driven reports & heat maps, inventory status reports and usage analysis reports in order to generate maximum value for my clients, my brokerage, and myself.
• Assisted in cross-collaboration with lenders, escrow agents, title companies, team members, mentors, other agents, and clients to assure that my clients were getting the most comprehensive and beneficial deal.
