- External referral, which included, verification of eligibility and benefits for all medicaid and commercial insurance, followed by patients medical appointments for the following: Ophthalmology, Cardiology and Pulmonary departments.
- Internal referrals, which included scheduling and outreach letters after the third attempt trying to reach out to patients, phone and voicemails to schedule them in any of the following: Ophthalmology, Cardiology or Pulmonary clinics.
- Doctor's faxing orders to the correct specialty clinic which included, PDF four document: Patient demographics, Patient's clinical, Orders and Prior authorization if required.
