• As a registered Behavior Techinican I work directly with kids on the spectrum and are diagnosed with Autism. I work closer and collaborate with my BCBA to implement their behavior plan. As a RBT I collect data and help maintain accurate data on my clients progress.
• As a RBT I help to improve social skills, communication and build essential life skills to improve their independence through behavior. We collaborate with the BCBA, the family, and the child to implement progress and ensure that goals are being met.
• My one-on-one sessions are structured and provide verbal, gesture, and physical prompts when necessary to factor in growth for social skill development and academic support.
• Collaborated with parents, teachers, school administrators, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of interventions.
• Conducted Functional Behavior Assessments to identify target behaviors and develop strategies for reduction and elimination.

• As a Pharmacy Assistant, I greet customers and address their inquiries. I support my supervisor by preparing medications, managing financial transactions, and dispensing prescriptions under the guidance of a pharmacist. I process payments by handling the cash register. On a daily basis, I handle phone inquiries and assist healthcare professionals with order processing. I also educate patients on medication usage, precautions, and potential side effects. In addition, I organize pharmacy documents/files, manage paperwork involving prescriptions, and maintain patient records. At closing time, I conduct inventory checks by the usage of the software systems, restock supplies, and ensure that expired or damaged products are removed from the shelves.

• As a babysitter to kids with special needs and disabilities, I help little kids with their mobility and help communicate through there communication devices. Although, not able to understand them completely I provide encouragement, empathy and love to allow kids to achieve there set goals. I help assist with there daily living skills such as eating, dressing or any activity performed throughout there days. I make sure they engage in outdoor activities such as walking, and indoor activities that help them creatively with crafts to ensure they are able to feel a sense of joy.

• I have worked in a retail enviorment as a vendor represantive to fragrances. I was able to increase the stores and total territories sales value by educating costumers off scent based nature, ingredients, events etc. During this process, creating a relationship with costumers is a must to understand the costumers wants and needs and find something that suits and fits there desires even if it is outside there comfort area. Daily goals consisted of attracting customers through presentations, appealing displays, launches and promotions, all while creating a friendly dynamic to the consumers' wants, which ultimately draws customers to keep coming back.
• Another important aspect was understanding reports and retail standings percentages by volume ranks on a week-to-date, day-to-day basis.

As a waitress at a retirement home, my role extended beyond taking orders and serving meals. I was deeply involved in the daily care of the elderly residents, fostering trusting relationships that made them feel safe and valued. I assisted them with moving into their wheelchairs and ensured they were comfortably transported to their next activity, providing both physical support and emotional comfort.Developed positive relationships with regular customers through friendly conversation.
