• As a claim representative I am responsible for the following:
• Taking statements from insured, claiments, attorneys and or witnesses
• Gathering all information relating to the claim such as: personal information, time, date, location of incident, and all other parties information
• Verify coverages pertaining to accident
• Obtaining copies of police reports pertaining to acciden
• Advise insured of claims process
• Follow up on claims by reaching out to insured for required documentation to make sure claims are handled in a timely manner
• My Accomplishments in this role include:
• Provided customer service and was involved in training new team members
• Trained in the role of total losses to provide backup to our main total loss agent

• As a permits and licensing representative my du included:
• Answering high volume of calls
• Discussing required permits with members
• Discuss rules and regulations of owning their own authority
• File for members trucking authority
• Obtain required permits
• Discuss 2290 tax with members
• File 2290 taxes for members
• Kept up to date on permits and and advise when and what could effect the customer's business to go inactive, such as: up to date insurance filings, up to date federal filings with FMCSA and UCR filings
• My accomplishments in this role include:
• Worked with departments across the company, including insurance, membership, CMCI and compliance to make sure the best customer service was provided and all our members needs were taken care of
• Provided customer service and was involved in training new team members
• Cross trained in duties outside normal P&L Representive responsibilities

• As a parts manager my duties include:
• Ordering parts for F150 and Ford transit vans
• Track parts to make sure they were running on time to keep line running
• Contact carriers on status of parts
• Set up and order charter planes for lost or delayed parts to keep line running
• Track plane status until arrival of required parts
