I am a experienced individual in managerial and supervision duties, successfully and effectively holding positions which require oversight of employees in regard to performance and regulatory requirements. My experience has provided me the opportunity to build skills in well diversified environments, and the feedback I have received indicate that others view me as a loyal employee and manager, understanding and implementing appropriate programming for while identifying skill and performance improvement for those I supervise. I pride myself on embracing a team player ethic and have over twenty-five years of providing professional and positive customer service, critical thinking, and problem solving in fast paced and unpredictable work environments. I seek to bring all of the diverse knowledge gained throughout my experiences to the Tech Supervisor position by motivating others through building positive work relationships, modeling responsible behavior, understanding professional responsibilities, critical thinking and problem solving, and remaining calm at all times to ensure the best patient and clinical experience for patients and employees.
