- Ensuring program residents/clients are comfortable, safe, and responsible throughout their time in the residential program.

- Defuse tense arguments, altercations according to company policy and accurately report incidents to appropriate supervisor.

- These tours consist of taking fans through the Bernie Slide Experience and giving VIP tours when they are requested
- During games I led the Selig Experience, which consisted of leading fans through a multimedia presentation and a mini museum describing the history of the Brewers team and their connection to the city of Milwaukee.

• Out of hundreds of student employees at UW-Milwaukee, I was one of 10 nominated, then one of 3 received the award, due to the exemplary work I did as a Lead Campus Ambassador. My flexibility, innovative, and charismatic qualities as a supervisor helped lead my staff to perform at a higher level and helped set a higher standard for them as well.
