  • Provide daily supervision and support to program residents/clients, keeping track of up to 16 clients at once.
  • Ensuring program residents/clients are comfortable, safe, and responsible throughout their time in the residential program.
  • Complete daily reports on each client's activities and behavior to help clinicians and case managers monitor their progress in the program.
  • Defuse tense arguments, altercations according to company policy and accurately report incidents to appropriate supervisor.
  • Administer and keep track of client medication
  • Help program clients/residents develop life skills by ensuring they are on time to appointments, complete daily chores, and ensuring they remain respectful and courteous with staff and each other.

  • Serve as a face of the Brewers organization when leading game-day tours
  • These tours consist of taking fans through the Bernie Slide Experience and giving VIP tours when they are requested
  • During games I led the Selig Experience, which consisted of leading fans through a multimedia presentation and a mini museum describing the history of the Brewers team and their connection to the city of Milwaukee.

"Students Serving Students"

• Out of hundreds of student employees at UW-Milwaukee, I was one of 10 nominated, then one of 3 received the award, due to the exemplary work I did as a Lead Campus Ambassador. My flexibility, innovative, and charismatic qualities as a supervisor helped lead my staff to perform at a higher level and helped set a higher standard for them as well.
