- Responsible for timely and accurate scheduling of all press stock for the production floor using including the following ( PSA Scheduling software ) ( quick books ) ( and Kronos time management )
- Determine an effective and efficient flow path of stock from make ready, to determine if it goes to rewind or slitting for further finishing, or straight to shipping to be sent to the customer
- Daily inventory log of all shipments for first and second shift
- Daily cycle counts to ensure the highest accuracy of inventory is maintained at all time
- Nightly sprint report handoff to management for basic scheduling and sudden changes due to low stock inventory or PMD presses
- Daily driving of a sit down counterbalance and stand up reach truck for immediate delivery of materials to presses when inventory is close to depletion
- Weekly quick book log of all press maintenance and PM to be added into Kronos time management as ( down time ) all to ensure properly working presses are in tip top shape with minimal out of bounds down time
- Responsible for all bills of lading from previous received shipments, with total costs for the week put together in an e cell document which is then sent to management for proper cost tracking of all incoming stock and ink shipments

- Pallet selecting from 2 and 3 deep racks up to 7 levels
- Ability to quickly and efficiently and effectively sort, stack and place skids for live loads
- Perform each case selecting pallets and full case pallets as with Bulk items for non conveyor movement ( NCMs )
- Follow proper LOTO ( lock out tag out ) procedures for unloading live dock loads ( LDLs )
- Accurately record correct inventory movements and relay to previously allocated SKUs

- Drive and operate a double walkie jack to pick current orders quickly and effectively. Job is incentive based so the faster orders are completed the more money is to be earned.
- Tier selectors wear a voice activated headset that gives location, and case quantity to pick per location, boxes can weigh one pound to 75 pounds.
- Ability to work in a very large warehouse with thousands of workers the ability to work in tight narrow aisles with many workers at a time
- Ability to have flexible hours as some weeks are first shift and some weeks are third shift
- Ability to be extremely self motivated to come into work each day ( as there is no point system for attendance ) and to want to do the work, as nobody tells you to do what, when or where, you put the headset on and you pick all day.

- Multi pickers pick 12 70 pound boxes at a time to ensure proper work flow is distributed among the wear house.
