Driven Digital Shopper at Walmart, I leveraged communication and organization skills to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline e-commerce operations. Mentored juniors, optimized returns, and maintained cutting-edge service strategies, significantly boosting efficiency and fostering customer loyalty through proactive engagement and creative problem-solving. This is mainly my work achievements. Personally my biggest achievement is graduating college and moving up north to fulfill a lifestyle where I’m not heavily dependent on my mom. My mom is from Cleveland, OH and moved to Florida to purse a lifestyle that she didn’t have. She came from the projects and built a life for me that is very luxury for most. My position in life is to maintain the lifestyle that I’m living and do better. My motivation is very different and goals and morals too. I want to work in a job a genuinely love and it so happens to make a lot of money. My mom didn’t have that luxury it was either swim or drown. I do and I appreciate it everyday that she supports me. I can be hard on myself, but taking a big leap to move up here is the biggest blessing and achievement I’ve ever done. My mom is the type to save me, but I’m slowing growing into the woman that my mom would be very proud of. God has sent me to break generational curses and I’m her in the fleas attending a school in Toledo Ohio.
