  • Responsible for the daily operations of the fire department on my respective shift.
  • Oversee 13 employees, 2 Fire Stations covering 13 square miles of city limits and 25 square miles of county jurisdiction; 2 Engine Companies, 1 Truck Company, and 1 Squad Company; Approximately 3200 calls for service annually.
  • Manage payroll and scheduling
