Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of HVAC technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Oversee and coordinate HVAC projects from start to finish, including site assessments, equipment selection, installation, and final inspections.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC issues, providing effective solutions to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and system upgrades, adhering to all local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and customer service.
• Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and HVAC parts, ensuring all resources are available and in good condition.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide detailed explanations of work performed, and offer recommendations for system improvements.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including service reports, job estimates, and compliance certificates.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all phases of HVAC installation and service.
