During my time at Pacific Oyster, we were able to increase sales from 3 million dollars to 12 million dollars. Increase employment from 20 production employees to 75. We were also able to increase retail from a seafood case and chowder bar to a full service, full menu restaurant recognized with several awards. Based on the companies needs we acquired Coast Seafoods. Coast Seafoods had several locations and I helped transition the operation into a Pacific Culture. In 2012 I became the Pacific Shellfish Production General Manager. Duties involved working with Plant Managers in South Bend, Bay City and Eureka to maximize sales, production and quality.

Duties: Sales Plant Operations Vessel Management During my time at Pacific Coast Seafoods I was able to increase sales from 8 million dollars to 25 million dollars. Employees went from 100 to 220 during seasonal production times. We added a surimi production plant with a joint venture operation with a Japanese Company. In1995 the company acquired Washington Crab Producers and I was responsible in transitioning the Pacific Culture to Washington Crab.
