  • Developed 4 associates into supervisors teaching operational skills that resulted in their promotions
  • Led daily meetings with for building to go over daily goals and projects
  • Created TV displays on 30 dock doors that provided live and accurate date of a trailers dwell time in the yard and priority raking. This decreased our number of trailers dwelling in the yard from 40 to 25 weekly
  • Reduced the amount to passthrough freight left on the dock from 60% total capacity to 43% total capacity by creating a passthrough stow zone to officially have an area for the freight to be stored
  • Became the POC for Amazons regional Invented here Survey SAV3. Created QR codes that allowed associates to give suggestions to better improve the site. Collected all data and allowed associates to vote on their favorite possible implementation. The winner’s idea was soon after approved and created for SAV3.
